Joshua Shapiro has been involved with the crystal skulls since 1983 when he saw one made out of amethyst in northern California (“Ami”). He felt such a strong connection with this artifact that since that time he has devoted his life and resources to sharing the best information he can about these crystalline artifacts with other people all over the world and the future role they will play to help our planet see world peace. He has had an opportunity to privately visit with a number of the well known crystal skulls in the world including: the “Mitchell-Hedges Crystal Skull of Love”, “ET”, the “British Museum Crystal Skull”, “Synergy” and “Ami” among others.

Under the name of the Crystal Explorers he has offered various crystal skull presentations (lectures and workshops including at all kinds of conferences and expos) to the public (he did so with his wife Katrina Head for 14 years until her untimely passed in November last year) as well as a unique type of private consultation with his personal skulls that combines their individual spiritual and creative talents. 

Joshua is the author of various books including his first book about the crystal skulls entitled “Mysteries of the Crystal Skulls Revealed”, written jointly with Sandra Bowen and the late, F. R. ‘Nick’ Nocerino. This book was published in 1989 and there is also a Portuguese edition issued in Brazil in 1993. He has released various versions of his new book, “Journeys of the Crystal Skull Explorers” since 2004 (as an e-book and printed edition in 3 foreign languages in Europe). Then in 2011, Joshua and his divine life partner Katrina released the first book in a new series called "Journeys of the Crystal Skull Explorers - The Travel Log series" with Travel Log #1, Mexico 2009 and then in late 2012 and early 2013 (and an update edition in 2018), Travel Log #2 - Search for the Blue Skull in Peru.

When covid started in 2020, Joshua took this down time to write 7 free e-books which are all available if you contact him via his email.

He is constantly asked to do on-line interviews and at times does special classes for various groups. In 2022, urged by a Pleiadian and Arcturian, he established the spiritual center known as the Center for the Advancement of Humanity which currently exists on-line as a website and special channels on rumble and telegram. He plans to build a physical center in the near future somewhere in Central Florida. The goal of this center is to share the most special, uplifting and truthful information about our history and world from a spiritual perspective. Also he has contact with a master carver in India who supplies him high quality crystal skulls to help others obtain one of their own.  Finally, Joshua has offered a number of other public talks throughout the world that discuss current information about UFOs, the Bible Code, Tartaria, Flat Earth and the Hollow Earth.
