Bella Maia is a passionate performer and coach. Her journey began over 25 years ago when she spent month in a circus school in south brazil (her native country). Her love for dance, theater and the circus arts lead her into a successful career.

She is Social Circus Coach certified by Cirque Du Soleil's and worked for 12 years with at-risk youth at Cirque Du Soleil's non-profit project, Cirque Du Monde. She has performed all over the United States and the world including Brazil, Costa Rica and Australia. Bella was a wine angel in the famous Aureole, Las Vegas, where she was the first flyer to fetch wine bottles upside down in a four-story high glass wine tower. She was featured in magazines and tv in Las Vegas, including an episode of the Bachelorette.

Later in her career, Bella was the founder and director of the Aerial Arts program at Athletic Club for Woman in Newport Beach, CA. Since the circus arts and fitness are intertwined Bella has also got her personal trainer certification in Movement Therapy, Contact Improvisation, Contact Beyond Contact and Somatic Movement. She is currently the co-owner and program director of a new circus school in the St. Pete area, Enchanted Circus Room.

Bella absolutely loves being a coach and leading others through movement arts. Her goal is to continue to share her expertise and experience with as many people as possible as she has found great freedom in Movement Arts, Dance, Theater and Circus Arts.
